Project: Beats X Paula Scher

Overview: For this project, I was tasked with choosing at least one but no more than three designers from a list provided to us. Then create packaging designs for a major brand influenced and inspired by their unique body of work, style, and principles. The brands that I could choose to work with should be Iconic and widely known by the public in order to have resonance with the chosen audience.

Meet the Collaborators

For this collaboration project, I chose to merge the artistic feel of graphic designer Paula Scher with the artistic sound of Beats by Dre.

He is the founder and CEO of Aftermath Entertainment and Beats Electronics and was previously co-owner of Death Row Records. Beats Electronics LLC (also known as Beats by Dr. Dre, or simply Beats by Dre) is a subsidiary of Apple Inc. that produces audio products.

(born October 6, 1948, in Washington, D.C.) is an American graphic designer, painter, and art educator in design. She also served as the first female principal at Pentagram, which she joined in 1991.
